Participation of UAE Industry in Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2022 (VGGS 2022 Dubai Road Show)
A high level delegation of Gujarat led by Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel left for Dubai on Wednesday morning.
Inspired and guided by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the delegation is on a two-day visit to Dubai to inspire the participation of UAE industry and investors in the 10th edition of the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit-2022 to be held in January 2022.
Accompanying the Chief Minister in this delegation was Minister of State for Industry Jagdish Vishwakarma, Chief Minister’s Principal Secretary K. Dr. Kailasanathan, Additional Chief Secretary, Industry. Rajiv Kumar Gupta as well as senior secretaries of the state government and leading industrialists have joined.
World Expo in Dubai @ VGGS 2022 Dubai Road Show
The Chief Minister is scheduled to begin his foreign tour with a visit to the World Expo in Dubai
Bhupendra Patel will hold a meeting with UAE Cabinet Member and Minister of Tolerance and Co-Existence Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan at the venue of the Expo.
The Chief Minister was accompanied by UAE Minister of State for Foreign Trade Thani bin Ahmed Al Zayudi and distinguished DP. The chairman of the world will hold a meeting with Sultan Ahmed bin Sulaym.
Investment Prospects in Gujarat
On the first day of his visit to Dubai, the Chief Minister is scheduled to hold one-on-one meetings with eight leading UAE business executives at the Oberoi Hotel as part of a series of programs to discuss investment prospects in Gujarat.
These leading business managers include DP World, Sharaf Group, Asfnar Group, Aster DM Healthcare, Converse, and Emaar Properties.
Gujarat’s global development story
Bhupendra Patel will give an impressive presentation of Gujarat’s global development story to the world leaders present at the road show organized at Oberoi Hotel on Wednesday evening. The road show will be specially attended by Indian Ambassador to UAE Sanjay Sudhir.
BAPS Temple Under Construction in Abu Dhabi
On the second day of his visit, Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel will pay a courtesy call on His Highness Saud bin Sukar Ali Qasimi in Ras Al Khaimah on the morning of December 9.
Bhupendra Patel and the Gujarat delegation will also visit the BAPS temple under construction in Abu Dhabi and the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.
The delegation, headed by the Chief Minister, concluded its visit to Dubai on Thursday. Will return to Gujarat late night on 9th December.
