Positive thinking is a habit. A habit is a routine of behaviour that is repeated regularly and tends to occur subconsciously.
As you read this, take a moment to reflect on your daily habit of thinking, whether it is positive or negative.
Imagine your response to the question: Is your glass half empty or half full? The answer to this question will reflect your outlook on life – whether you’re optimistic or pessimistic. Always remember, you have the power to choose, as you are the only thinker in your mind.

Being in Awareness of The Language You Use:
Words are potent. Shift your internal narrative from self-criticism to empowerment or self-motivation. For example, if you catch yourself saying, “I am not good enough,” switch it to “I am constantly growing and improving,” recognising the progress you’re making. As you think and speak, you become. As you see yourself, the world sees you.

Amidst the daily grind, take a moment to celebrate victories. Feeling gratitude for all the things you have in your life, i.e. being healthy, having a family, having a job, a roof over your head, friends, or even a simple cup of coffee, can give a green signal to the universe to bless you with more things you can be grateful for. The easiest way to cultivate this habit is to write a gratitude journal daily and see the change.
